Baroxon Partner Summit 2025 Expands Gulf Dealer Network

BAROXON closed its 2025 Gulf partner summit with a clear direction for the region: parking and vehicle access projects in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC are moving away from buying equipment box by box, and towards complete systems that arrive with commissioning, spare parts and local service behind them.
Dealers and integrators from six markets
Distributors, system integrators and installation contractors from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman took part in the two-day programme. Between them the attending partners already cover the retail, residential, healthcare, education and logistics segments that drive most boom barrier and ANPR demand in the region.
What was presented
- Brushless DC boom barrier gates for high-cycle car park lanes, including the adjustable-speed models used on toll-style entry and exit.
- ANPR / LPR parking systems with ticketless entry, barrier-free exit and remote operation and maintenance.
- Integrated parking and charging, so an electric vehicle bay can be reserved, billed and released from the same platform as a standard space.
- Pedestrian access control: turnstile gates, flap barriers and face recognition terminals for compounds, offices and public buildings.
Service commitments for the region
Partner feedback focused on three practical points, and BAROXON committed to each of them. First, spare parts availability: controller boards, motors, springs, loop detectors and arm assemblies are stocked so that a failed barrier does not hold a lane closed for weeks. Second, commissioning support: technical staff travel for first-time installations on multi-lane projects. Third, documentation in Arabic and English, including wiring diagrams and maintenance schedules.
Training and certification
The summit included a hands-on installation and commissioning workshop covering lane layout, loop detector placement, anti-smash protection settings and ANPR camera calibration for Gulf plate formats. Partners who completed the workshop are now listed as certified installers, which matters to consultants who have to name a competent contractor in a tender response.
Looking ahead
Gulf demand for barrier gates and licence plate recognition continues to track the region's construction pipeline, and the requirements keep getting stricter: higher duty cycles, wider temperature tolerance, and integration with existing parking management platforms rather than a walled garden. BAROXON's 2026 roadmap for the region is built around those three points.
