Tripod turnstiles suit cost-sensitive pedestrian counting and factories; flap and speed gates suit offices and gyms where a clean look and high throughput matter; full-height turnstiles are used where forced entry must be physically prevented, such as construction sites and perimeter gates.

What material and protection class are the turnstiles?

Standard housings are 304 stainless steel with cold-rolled steel and zinc alloy internal parts, and outdoor models are supplied with IP54 or IP65 protection. We also offer 316 stainless steel for coastal projects on request.

How is a turnstile project quoted?

Turnstiles are quoted per unit in USD including the verification reader, controller and integration with your access control software. Send the lane count, user volume and preferred verification method and we will return a configuration with pricing and lead time.

How is pricing calculated and how do I get a quotation?

Prices are factory-direct and quoted per project in USD (EXW, FOB or CIF) because the unit price depends on the model, boom arm length, drive type, interface options and quantity. Send the product list or bill of quantities with the destination city and a formal quotation is issued, usually within one business day.

What is the minimum order quantity and the delivery time?

Standard models can be ordered from one unit, and distributor or project pricing applies to larger quantities. Orders of 1–50 units normally ship in 5–10 working days; bulk project orders over 100 sets take about 15 working days plus any customisation time. Lead time is confirmed on the order.

What certifications and warranty come with the equipment?

CE marked and produced under ISO 9001 quality management; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified operations. SGS and EWC test reports and the declaration of conformity are supplied with the shipping documents on request. Every unit carries a one-year factory warranty covering the control board, motor, gearbox and mechanism, plus lifetime technical consultation by email, WhatsApp or remote support.

Do you support OEM, ODM and distributor projects?
